Our founder, Steve Manweiler began building homes with his father when he was eleven years old. Steve graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Construction sciences. He went to New York city work with the world’s largest home builder, Levitt & Sons. Steve became a division manager, overseeing 450 – 600 units a year. During the economic downturn of the 70’s he moved his family to Detroit where he specialized in large apartment complexes.
